My site is down!

You can always contact us and we’ll investigate immediately.
To get a jump on our analysis:

  1. Test your internet connection part I (computer)
    Can you see other websites? Does anything load? If not, your Internet connection may be down.
  2. Test your internet connection part II (phone)
    Switch off the WiFi on your phone and use your data connection. If your site works using your phone’s data connection, there may be a problem with your Internet Service Provider or your connection.
  3. Test your browser
    Open your site with a browser you haven’t used before. Using Chrome? Try Firefox or Edge. If your site pops up, you likely have a browser issue.
  4. Test your device
    Try a different device. If your site opens without issue on a different computer, tablet, or phone, there’s a problem with your original device.
  5. Test from elsewhere on the web
    Use a third-party tool to access your site. This will bypass all of the above possible points of failure. We use Down for Everyone or Just Me. It’ll tell you if your site is accessible from elsewhere on the web or if others are also encountering problems with your site.
  6. Test your domain email
    Are you receiving messages at an email address that uses the same domain? If not, there may be a problem with your domain name or domain name server that’s impacting both your website and your email.

There are many reasons you may not see site changes. Caching is the most common. Follow this step by step guide to troubleshoot the problem.
