I love playing basketball – have ever since I was a kid. I continue playing to this day. Sometimes people look at me quizzically and say “You? You play basketball?” presumably because I’m just average height. Being shorter in the land of the giants means that I have to hustle and try harder than my vertically-gifted competitors. Sometimes they’re surprised that I’m jumping so high or getting rebounds that I have no right to retrieve.
Here at Munter Westermann, we’re a small shop, headed by me and my wife and a team of trusted and talented colleagues. We punch above our weight and can get the ball or hit those three-point shots when you wouldn’t expect us to.
I recently had a call with a new collaborator, comparing how we started in this business. That got me looking back, thinking about all the wonderful and interesting people I’ve met and worked with. We’ve built and managed websites for Oakville Hydro, shot video for the City of Brampton, and designed and laid out print catalogues for luxury brand JdJ Jewellery. We’ve tackled a variety of projects. Websites, logos, videos, brochures – you name it, we’ve been fortunate to assist authors, doctors, designers, charities, non-profits, trainers, financial advisors, and many more organizations and individuals.
Next year, Munter Westermann will celebrate twenty years of client service. Some of our clients have been with us almost from the beginning in 2005. I’m extremely grateful for their confidence in our services and I’m proud that we’ve been able to deliver for them, year after year.

Why would I say that? I'm a big fan of email newsletters. I manage them for my clients and I have my own newsletter as well. So why might you NOT want an email newsletter?
How are you dealing with all of the media that you have collected over the years? Do you have a strategy for preserving and accessing that content?
Start with the message. Then determine how to express it. Articulate for that medium. And then move to design.
